Android/Apple - Getting Started

1. Download the Mobile App using the QR codes listed above, or links below.
   • ShoApp - App Store
   • ShoApp - Google Play
2. Open the application after downloading.
3. Enter in the email address you used to register for the Conference.
4. Select the 2024 DOE Cybersecurity and Technology Innovation Conference from the "Events" list.
5. Check your email for a password reset code.
6. Go back to the application, enter the reset code, and create a new password.

Desktop - Getting Started

1. Access the Virtual Platform/App using the QR code listed above, or link below.
   • ShoApp - Browser
2. Enter in the email address you used to register for the Conference.
3. Check your email for a password reset code.
4. Go back to your browser, enter the reset code, and create a new password.
