DOE Enterprise Participants (Federal and Contractor Employees)

• Prior to REGISTERING for the conference, please confirm that a slot is available with your primary Conference Program POC (Attendees with DOE access, see Conference POCs section under “Conference Management” Powerpedia page). Please note that you must be logged into the DOE Network to access this page. If your program did not enter any slots into the conference tool and you would like to be put on the waiting list, or if you have additional questions, please contact cybercon@hq.doe.gov.

Non-US Citizen

• Attendees without an active US citizenship are required to register as a Non-US Citizen.
• As part of the registration process, Non-US citizens are required to complete the Questionnaire and send to cybercon.hq.doe.gov for review. Registration will not be considered confirmed until the review process is complete.
• To allow time for the review process, Non-US Citizens will close before the start of the conference on July 26th. Non-US Citizens will not be allowed to register while onsite.

EXHIBITOR AND SPONSOR REGISTRATION

Once confirmed as an exhibitor or supporter, eventPower will send the contracted point of contact a link to their company's individual portal where they can register staff. 
 

CANCELLATION POLICY

There are separate and unique cancellation policies for Conference registration and hotel registration. Attendees are responsible for becoming familiar with all cancellation policies. Below is the cancellation policy for Conference registration.

Conference registration cancellations after COB Friday, June 28th, 2024 are NOT refundable. Cancellations prior to Friday, June 28th, 2024 are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.
