Early Teardown is not permitted with out prior permission from eventPower. Exhibitors who tear down early will be charged a $1000 fine.

Exhibitor Kit: The exhibitor kit provides information about shipping, ordering booth services and ordering furniture for use during this exposition.

Shipping: Do not ship directly to the hotel. Please use the shipping forms that Heritage Supplies in the Exhibitor Kit.

Please Note: If you contract for an ad but do not submit your ad artwork by the due date, your company name (or logo, if provided) and booth number will be listed in its place.

Required Exhibitor Information Deadline

Deadline: Monday, May 14, 2018

Once you are contracted to participate in the DOE Cyber Conference you will be provided a link to your company portal. Here you will be able to update your company overview that will be included in the website and mobile app and update other relevant information.

Company Logo: Provide a color logo in .eps format (with fonts and artwork outlined). The logo will be used in the exhibit guide and event promotions (when possible). We will also accept .tiff files (300 dpi or higher) if an .eps is not available.

Company Description: A brief description of your company at 60 words or less and web address.

Lead Retrieval Services

Lead Retrievals are available for rent. Scanned data will include all contact information the attendee provides during registration inclusive of email addresses (when provided).

Cost to Rent:
First App Download: $225
Each Additional App Download: $45
Rent Device from eventPower: $395

Exhibitor & Supporter Personnel Registration Process

All exhibit and supporter personnel must pre-register to receive the appropriate badge.

Complimentary Pre-Registration Deadline: Sunday, June 3, 2018. No comped passes will be assigned at on-site registration.

Contract Requirement: eventPower must receive an exhibit space contract from a company/organization before personnel can register.

Personnel Registration Process: Supporter and Exhibitor personnel registration is not available on the conference website. Supporter and Exhibitor participants will be e-mailed a link to register their personnel for the conference. The link will be sent to the individual who signed the original contract 8-weeks prior to the conference date. The link will enable you to register your two comped booth personnel that are associated with each type of exhibitor or supporter. Any additional exhibitors over your comped limit will also be registered via that link. The cost for additional booth personnel is $275.

Each person who will be attending must register for the conference. Exhibitors are allowed to attend sessions based on space availability.
