Enterprise Participants (Federal and Contractor Employees)
  • Prior to REGISTERING for the conference, please confirm that a slot is available with your primary Conference Program POC (Attendees with DOE access, see Conference POCs section under “Conference Management” Powerpedia page). Please note that you must be logged into the DOE Network to access this page. If your program did not enter any slots into the conference tool and you would like to be put on the waiting list, or if you have additional questions, please contact cybercon@hq.doe.gov.

To protect the health and safety of all conference attendees, the 2022 conference will be a hybrid event consisting of both in-person and virtual attendance.

Virtual attendance will be accessible via an online platform which will include live streaming of all plenary and track sessions, as well as access to view the exhibitor booth information.

All attendees – whether virtual or in-person – must register for the conference. A week prior to the conference, both virtual and in-person attendees will receive directions on how to access our interactive online platform.

  • Virtual attendees: Utilize the platform to access live streaming of all plenary and track sessions and view exhibitor booth information.
  • In-person attendees: Utilize the platform on-site to view the interactive agenda and event information.

Exhibitor and Supporter Registration

Once confirmed as an exhibitor or supporter, eventPower will send the contracted point of contact a link to their company's individual portal where they can register staff.

Cancellation Policy

There are separate and unique cancellation policies for Conference registration and hotel registration. Attendees are responsible for becoming familiar with all cancellation policies. Below is the cancellation policy for Conference registration:

Conference registration cancellations after COB Friday, May 13, 2022 are NOT refundable. Cancellations prior to Friday, May 13, 2022 are subject to a 25% cancellation fee.

Cancellations must be submitted via email to cyber-registration@support.eventPower.com.
