Government Attendee Rate

Single/Double Occupancy Room Rate: Government rate of $146.00. Hotel room rates are subject to applicable state and local taxes (currently 15%) in effect at the time of check-out. Government guestroom rate of $146.00 is tax exempt with proper tax exempt forms.

Note: In order to secure your room under the Government rate you must show your Government ID at check-in.

Non-Government Attendee Rate

Single/Double Occupancy Room Rate: $199.00 (applicable state and local taxes will be added to room rate, currently 15% at the time of check-out).

Parking

Electric car charging stations: Complimentary
On-site parking, fee: $10.00 daily
Valet parking, fee: $18.00 daily

Hotel Room Tax Exemption

Employees of U.S. Government agencies traveling on official business and holding a Centrally Billed Account (CBA) card are exempt from state and local hotel taxes. Anyone claiming a hotel tax exemption must provide a completed “Texas Government Certificate of Tax Exemption Form” at the time of check in. Hotels must keep a copy of the signed certificate to show why tax was not collected. Federal Employees traveling on government business must present a valid government ID Card and a copy of the certificate in order to be considered for tax exemption.
